Miklós Mészöly – Alaine Polcz Collection

In May 2007, the Kovács Gábor Art Foundation acquired the nearly 40 graphics, oil paintings and Transylvanian glass icons that had previously decorated the Mészöly couple's apartment on Városmajor Street. The intention behind Polcz's donation to Alaine was to protect the collection of works in his possession from dispersal by placing it in a museum setting.
